One parking space is included in each reservation ($45/day value). If you need another parking space, please contact us in advance. A second parking space comes with a $25/day surcharge and is subject to availability.
We love our animal friends, but accommodate them on per-case basis. Please contact us in advance. Additional fees and deposits may apply.
Yes! Our Globetrotter and Panda-Zen homes are particularly great options for families with kids. We are happy to provide a portable baby crib and high chair upon request. We do kindly ask all baby panda parents to be considerate of other guests though. Please note that our building is 150+ years old and is not “baby-proof”.
