"One of the best airbnb's I've stayed in! Great location-close to the airport and easy walking to groceries and excellent restaurants. Very clean and well decorated. Nika and Tony were great with communicating and flexible with our travel plans. Would highly recommend their place!"

"We could not be happier with our choice to stay in this apartment! The location was perfect - a charming neighborhood with shops and unique restaurants, super close to everything in Boston, and the surrounding areas! The apartment was quiet and clean, and exactly as advertised. Check-in and out was simple, and the hosts were entirely responsive while still respecting our privacy. We were very pleased and will stay there again in the future. I can highly recommend this rental! "

"Our stay in Boston at Sleepy Panda was perfect! The apartment is clean, well maintained, the sheets and towels are of very high quality, and Nika & Tony are the most responsive hosts ever! Arriving procedure is super easy. The area and the building are very quiet and there are a lot of nice neighborhood restaurants around. This place is perfect to discover Boston. I was there for a week with my two pre-teenage kids. They enjoyed very much our stay and of course Netflix…The Whole Food market is within 8 minutes walk and the subway at 12 minutes. Having a parking place is also very practical! We are already planning our next visit and will certainly stay again at Sleepy Panda! We absolutely LOVED our stay at Nika and Tony’s place. The space is gorgeous and stylish and such a great hub for exploring Boston. Easy parking and check in. Bonus that the wonderful Warren Tavern is just around the corner. Can’t wait to visit again!"

"Nika & Tony's one-bedroom hideaway is truly a gem of Charlestown. It was everything we needed and more for a mini staycation. We loved all the thoughtful touches and chic decor, and the bed was beyond comfortable. Prior to our arrival, Nika & Tony dropped off some vegan treats and turned the AC on for us to cool down the BR, which was much appreciated. The unit was spotless and we felt very safe. We loved taking morning coffee walks up to the Bunker Hill Monument, which you can see from the apartment building's entrance, and checking out some of the local restaurants (highly recommend Figs). Nika & Tony were so helpful and communicative during our stay, checking in on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and helping us connect to the WiFi. Overall, cannot recommend this spot enough and only wished we could have stayed longer.""

"We loved every aspect of our stay and the deep care and thought that Nika and Tony bring to making their guests feel special. We were especially taken by the decor: The photos online only hint at how charming the space is. We kept noticing new (and often clever) design touches every day, each falling under their "eco-chic" approach. From the moment we arrived to find fresh cookies and a personalized greeting, we knew we were in great hands. Their advice for dining and sightseeing was especially helpful. The location was perfect for our trips to Cambridge and into Boston proper, and Charlestown itself offered offered a nice mix of the historic and the new."

"What a wonderful apartment! Three of us stayed here for five nights and all agreed that it's the best Airbnb experience we've ever had. The hosts have thought of absolutely everything that you might need to have a great stay. The apartment is in a fantastic location - just a few minutes walk to CVS, Whole Foods, and the Community College T Station. The neighborhood is charming and quiet, and the view of Bunker Hill at night is really something special! Nika and Tony's commitment to sustainability is especially admirable in the hospitality industry, where it often seems that cost is the motivating factor in every decision, rather than personal principles."

"We had the most delightful time at Nika and Tony's charming Charleston apartment. We rent fairly frequently on HomeAway and rarely do our experiences exceed our expectations...but our time at Sleepy Panda did just that! The apartment is beautifully decorated and well appointed .... anything and absolutely everything you need is there for you, and in abundance. Nika is a delight....she greeted us upon our arrival, provided us with helpful information and was available to answer any questions regarding other interesting things we might want to do in Boston. She even left us a home made delicious banana bread as well as fresh flowers on the kitchen table. The rental is spotless and even more spacious than what the photos depict...it has an eclectic, yet French provincial style to it that I loved. I found comfortable areas throughout...from the curvy sofa at the foot of bed....to the living room couch strewn with pillows...to the sweet and petite 'writing' table in the bedroom...and let me also mention that the mattress provided us with the best sleep we've had in years. So much so that I asked Nika for the brand name so I can purchase my own. Another huge plus was the private parking lot...our vehicle was grateful as it was a tremendous convenience and a rarity in the Charleston/Boston area. We so very much look forward to returning in the near future...and to all future Sleepy Panda renters, please take extra good care of it because it is truly a gem! Amanda."
